The Host Microbe Systems Biology can perform preliminary data analysis on customer data for $72/hour. The core utilizes Affymetrix Expression Console and dChip to generate lists showing up and down regulated genes. These gene lists can be imported into pathway analysis programs like Ingenuity's IPA to further elucidate gene expression changes.
