  • Principal Investigator

    Audrey Fan, Ph.D.

Audrey Fan, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Neurology and Biomedical Engineering at the University of California, Davis. Dr. Fan is a recipient of a K99/R00 Pathway to Independence Award and the R21 Trailblazer Award from the NIH. She currently leads the Neuroimaging Core for the UC Davis Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center. Her overall goal is to bridge engineers with dementia clinicians and scientists to advance neuroimaging technology and promote brain vascular health across the lifespan.

  • Our Research Goals

We are biomedical engineers and neuroscientists who develop advanced imaging methods to study human brain function and improve cerebral health across the lifespan. Our team creates new magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and positron emission tomography (PET) technologies to understand brain function and disease.
