Leading an Empowered Organization (LEO)
Course Description
Leading an Empowered Organization (LEO) is an interactive, 3-day workshop, that introduces key components to building empowered work environments, including:
- leading change
- developing capacity
- building relationships
- articulating expectations
- differentiating between responsibility, authority, and accountability.
Facilitators use interactive activities to elevate participant skills including highlighting examples of experiences leading change, reflection, dialogue, and in-the-moment practice.
LEO is provided to UC Davis Health staff and for UC Davis Health Supervisors/Managers in two separate courses.
Audience: All UC Davis Health Employees. Two class options: one for Staff and one for Supervisors.
Registration:
**Please note as of January 2021 there will be a $50 fee for “no shows.” Lunch will be provided and don’t forget to dress comfortably.
