Re-Igniting the Spirit of Caring (RSC) workshop

Course Description

Re-Igniting the Spirit of Caring (RSC)

Re-Igniting the Spirit of Caring (RSC) is a 3-day workshop, which aims to engage, renew, and bond people from all roles and disciplines within our organization; by addressing subjects such as burnout, moral distress, and the purpose of our lives and professions. In this workshop, participants gain insight and expand their ability to care for themselves, their colleagues, and the patients and families they serve. They experience a renewed sense of being part of a health care community called to care for people during times of illness and vulnerability.
