Course description
Leading an Empowered Organization (LEO) is a 3-day workshop essential for leaders whose staff members are expected to function in empowered environments. Teams that attend the program together learn to hold themselves and each other accountable. LEO serves as a solid foundation for a professional practice environment and a relationally proficient culture.
C.E. contact hours
Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, provider number CEP 26, for 19.5 contact hours.
Attendees must attend all three days to receive C.E. credit. Attendees will not receive C.E. credit if they are more than 20 minutes late; no partial credit can be awarded.

UC Davis employees
$50 registration deposit. Registration deposit is returned upon completion of class. Cancellation must be requested five days prior to class date to receive deposit refund.
