The patient is a 70-year-old male with history of papillary thyroid carcinoma with metastatic left level 4 lymph node and treated with bilateral thyroidectomy and radical neck dissection. The current parotid ultrasound reveals bilateral numerous intraparotid masses with unclear fatty hilum, all around 1 cm or less. Parotid fine needle aspiration (FNA) is performed with the following findings (Fig. 1):
