Dr. Kim is a consumer health informaticist with expertise in digital health and community-engaged innovation models. Her recent research centers on digital health and AI to enable collaboration and shared decision-making among patients, caregivers, and clinicians related to diabetes, hypertension, women's health, and cancer. She applies expertise in user-centered design and participatory methods specifically in mobile health, remote patient monitoring, and AI.
