Philosophy of Care
My goal is to provide experienced specialty care in a manner that is compassionate. Each patient is valued as a unique individual. I communicate with patients and their families with kindness and empathy. Providing excellent care while taking the time for the patient and family to feel comfortable about medical decisions is of utmost importance.
Dr. Aizenberg specializes in the treatment of diseases of the ears, nose, throat, sinuses and head and neck region. Her services include comprehensive management of hearing and balance disorders, sinus and nasal problems, and sleep apnea.
In addition, she has a special interest in pediatric disorders of the ears, nose and throat and providing care for children is a significant part of her practice.
Dr. Aizenberg is interested in clinical research that can directly impact the care of otolaryngology patients. She collaborates with other physicians both in her department and within other departments on high impact clinical research.
She also is interested in clinical quality improvement projects. Dr. Aizenberg also runs the UC Davis Women in Otolaryngology Interest group. This group aims to inspire, and encourage women otolaryngologists in training to achieve their personal and professional goals.
