Philosophy of Care

Dr. Hamline believes that caring for the health of children is a team effort, involving the child, his/her family, and the entire health care team. She strives to provide high quality, compassionate care for every child, taking into account the unique needs of each child and their families.

Clinical Interests

Dr. Hamline is a Pediatric Hospitalist who sees children admitted to our Children's Hospital. She is also interested in rheumatologic disorders and helps coordinate care in our Pediatric Rheumatology clinic.

Research/Academic Interests

Dr. Hamline's research interests are centered around evaluating transitions of care. Her current focus is on improving the quality of our hospital discharge process.
