Surgical Simulation

We're accredited as a Level I Comprehensive Education Institute through the American College of Surgeons. We specialize in training practicing surgeons, surgical residents, medical students, nurses and other health professionals, ultimately giving them the ability to maintain their skills and explore new procedures and technologies.

We offer a fully functional operations suite, a number of surgical simulators for laparoscopic, endoscopic, endovascular and robotic training, virtual reality trainers, and course supplementation through standardized patient and cadaver programs. 

Specialized adult and pediatric surgical task trainers are available for training in a variety of bedside and intraoperative procedures. 

High-fidelity mannequins ranging from infant to adult models are available for resuscitation training, and we have devices designed specifically for development and maintenance of anesthesia skills. 

Our comprehensive endovascular simulator provides hands-on practice for more than 20 endovascular procedures.

We offer surgical virtual reality trainers for laparoscopic and endoscopic procedures. The devices our trainees use are ideal for practicing the motor skills and dexterity needed to successfully complete certification testing, which we also offer at our facility.

We've achieved national recognition through the American College of Surgeons for being a basic endovascular skills trauma training site. Our team has trained more than 50 civilian and military practitioners in the technique of resuscitative endovascular balloon occlusion.

We're proud to serve as a certified test center for the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons Fundamentals of Endoscopic Surgery Test and the Fundamentals of Laparoscopic Surgery Test.
