Philosophy of Care

I am dedicated to providing personalized, comprehensive vascular care, with approaches rooted in the most advanced and least invasive treatment options. I believe that understanding the patient experience from the patient's perspective is critical in delivering high-quality care.

I place high value on open communication with my patients and their family members to achieve optimum treatment outcomes.

Clinical Interests

Dr. Yoon specializes in complex vascular and endovascular surgery. He has expertise and experience in a full range of open vascular and advanced endovascular procedures for carotid artery surgery and stenting, abdominal and thoracic aortic aneurysm repair, renal and visceral revascularization, and revascularization of the arteries of the lower extremities.

Research/Academic Interests

Dr. Yoon's research focuses on non-invasive imaging of the aorta, carotid plaque imaging, and preventive interventions in vascular surgery. His goal is to develop new patient-specific preventive interventional strategies in the treatment of aortic pathology.
