Your Health System Active Directory (HSAD) account will be used to grant you access to various health system applications. You will need your account username for this process. Please use the MyAccess Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) site, Password Reset - MyAccess, to set the passwords for both HSAD and InternalAD (Health email) accounts. If the username is not known, then you can use the Forgot username option on the Myaccess SSPR page to obtain that first, then go back to the Reset password option.
Your Kerberos account will be used to grant you access to various systems and programs you will need to perform your job at UC Davis Health. Please use the following link to go to the UC Davis Health, Information Technology Authentication page to set up your Kerberos account. (Please provide the required information and click SUBMIT to complete this step.

Duo Security is a Multi-Factor Authentication (FMA) solution created to improve security protection beyond the use of passwords. There are two Duo MFA systems, University of Campus and UC Davis Health which are used to protect applications when accessed either internally or remotely. Health has added MFA to HS-Apps (Citrix) when accessed remotely. Please use the following link to enroll.
