Philosophy of Care

It is a privilege to care for children in our community. I feel it is my responsibility to inform parents and children on their condition to allow us to make the best care decisions. I hope to always treat my patient's like I would treat my own children.

Clinical Interests

Dr. Leshikar is a fellow-ship trained pediatric orthopedic surgeon offering expertise in a a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions in children as well as care for the traumatically injured child. She has a special clinical interest and expertise in disorders of the hip, trauma and congenital conditions affection the musculoskeletal condition.

Research/Academic Interests

Dr. Leshikar's research is largely focused on improving care of the injured child. She also has an interest in early treatment of hip conditions.
