We’re a California based project made with and for young people (ages 13–25), working to boost mental health and well-being across the state. Together for Wellness brings together community orgs, schools, mental health experts, and youth voices to create a space where you can find free, easy-to-use digital tools, like websites, apps, videos, and articles, that actually make sense for your life.

Led by UC Davis Health, UCLA, and Chorus Innovations, we team up with local groups to hear directly from teens and young adults. Through community events and listening sessions, we gather your thoughts on what you need, what’s missing, and what matters most. Your feedback helps shape and improve the site so it feels real, useful, and welcoming. We’re also making sure the site works for more families by building out the Spanish and Mixteco versions and spreading the word through events, social media, and youth-led workshops. Everything we do is based on real stories, real struggles, and real hope from communities across California.

is a statewide collaboration of community organizations, academic institutions, mental health providers, and individual community members and leaders. The project is coordinated by three partners (UC Davis Health, UCLA, and Chorus Innovations) that help guide and support the work in collaboration with partners across the state. It aims to improve mental health and well-being of California youth by connecting them with culturally relevant and easy-to-use digital resources such as websites, apps, videos, and articles.

Now in it's fourth phase, the project engages youth ages 13–25 and their parents or caregivers, with the UC Davis Health team leading outreach and engagement efforts in underserved communities across the state. In partnership with community organizations, the team gathers input through listening sessions, community events, and outreach efforts to better understand the needs, challenges, and preferences of young people and their families. This feedback helps shape improvements to the Together for Wellness | Juntos por Nuestro Bienestar website, making it more useful, relevant, and accessible.
