COVID-19 PROTOCOLS
Planning to attend NAPA EYE 2022 Meeting in person or virtually?
We consider the safety of all those attending NAPA EYE our top priority. Below is an evolving resource that will continue to reflect the current standards and requirements around COVID-19.
- Information updated on: Thu, 11/12/2021 - 2:09pm

The NAPA EYE 2022 Meeting is scheduled to occur May 13-15, 2022 at the Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa. We are planning an in-person meeting with a virtual viewing option.
We are planning a very exciting program with diverse presentations, and lots of opportunities to network. However, with the lingering and ever-changing situation that is the COVID pandemic, we want to make sure that you can participate in person with confidence.
Should the meeting be conducted in person you should expect the following (based on current UC Davis and Napa County guidelines):
- Face coverings will be required at all indoor locations, regardless of vaccination status.
- Vaccination card or proof of a negative COVID-19 test done within 72 hours of our meeting (must be a lab/PCR test; home tests/antigen tests are not valid) will be required upon arrival at the registration desk.
- During the meeting, most catered meals will be provided outdoors.
- Restaurants in the city of Napa are currently open for outdoor and indoor dining without vaccine requirements.

If the COVID-19 restrictions change and we are not able to meet in person, then we will go virtual.
