Visit our CalPERS website to view a number of health plans that allow CalPERS members to choose one of our primary care physicians. Because our same care team and services are available at different rates in different plans, you may save money by comparison shopping and changing your plan.

California residents without access to health insurance through their employer or another government program may be eligible to purchase coverage from Covered California, a health benefits exchange created through the Affordable Care Act. For general information, visit the Covered California website.

Important note as of fall 2023: Due to overwhelming demand, we currently are not accepting new adult patients for primary care. At this time, we may be accepting new pediatric patients for primary care. For more information, please call UC Davis Health’s Consumer Resource Center at 800-2-UCDAVIS (1-800-282-3284).

UC Davis employees can access our care at continued low rates next year, with the UC Blue & Gold HMO and UC Health Savings Plan PPO still among the lowest-priced options.
