Research/Academic Interests

Dr. Li has had a long-term involvement in collaborative clinical projects, including clinical trials, which involved various disease domains, including cancer, chronic disease, infectious diseases, Alzheimer’s disease, and Parkinson’s disease. She is a member of Biostatistics Shared Resource at UC Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center. Her statistical methodology research interests are in the general area of statistical methods for the evaluation of diagnostic tests, modeling and evaluating biomarkers, medical decision making, personalized medicine in disease diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment, and design and analysis of clinical trials.
