Dr. Giese believes in a comprehensive approach to vascular disease. This includes lifestyle modifications, medical, and surgical remedies to improve vascular health. Dr. Giese believes in shared decision making and emphasizes the importance of patient's understanding their disease. Dr. Giese is an open vascular and endovascular surgeon specializing in disorders of the arterial venous systems. Her clinical interests include aortic aneurysmal disease and limb salvage.
