The Tupper Hall Tissue/Cellular EM Facility provides tissue and cellular sample preparation, embedding, sectioning, and immunoprocessing for visualization of cellular ultrastructure and nanoparticle characterization using transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The core also has the capability for paraffin embedding and sectioning for light microscopy.
