From Cancer to Health
From Cancer to Health is an education and support program to help women with cancer connect, cope and manage stress.
People diagnosed with cancer feel a great deal of stress. Over time, that stress can disrupt the healing process. From Cancer to Health is a 12-week program that focuses on managing stress related to a cancer diagnosis and treatment. Participants in the group will learn:
- Skills to cope with common problems faced by people with cancer
- Ways to lessen the impact of physical symptoms of cancer
- Strategies to help manage stress

“Just give it a try — it’s completely life-changing. It’s easier to live with cancer after going through the program. Now I have hope.” — Cynthia Meier
