Philosophy of Care

My goal is to take the best possible care of my patients using evidence based medicine and a team based approach.  I believe that patient education is important, and I want to ensure that my patients and their families feel well taken care of while having every opportunity to be involved in the plan of care.

Clinical Interests

Dr. Tahai is a Pediatric Hospitalist who cares for newborn infants and children admitted to the hospital with a wide range of illnesses.

Research/Academic Interests

Dr. Tahai's scholarly and creative interests include quality improvement in hospital medicine. She also has a strong interest in teaching at all levels, including medical students and residents.
