Philosophy of Care

I believe in compassionate and evidence-based care that centers the needs and priorities of families. I  enjoy helping families gain a better understanding of their child's development and behavior and support them in accessing necessary developmental services. 

Clinical Interests

Dr. Srinivasan is a developmental and behavioral pediatrician specializing in the care of children and adolescents with a variety of neurodevelopmental conditions including autism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. She sees children with a history of prematurity, developmental delay, intellectual disability, anxiety disorders, Trisomy 21 and other genetic conditions.

Research/Academic Interests

Dr. Srinivasan's research focuses on equitable access to developmental-behavioral pediatrics care through collaborative partnerships with primary care clinics and community agencies. She has a special interest in community-based participatory research.
