Interfaith and Intercultural

This newly formed Employee Resource Group (ERG) aims to:

• Develop and promote interfaith and intercultural awareness, highlighting our differences, our shared values, commonalities, and celebrating our individuality.
• Promote inclusivity, bringing light to our various cultures and traditions through education, special events, and discussion groups.
• Provide opportunities to build relationships in a culture of safety and acceptance where all persons have the space to share and express their perspectives, their narratives, and be seen and heard without bias and with unconditional positive regard.
• Collaborate with existing Employee Resource groups, and build a robust membership, create a sense of community and belonging for all persons (staff and faculty) regardless of race and ethnicity, belief system, spirituality, faith or no faith, culture, sexual orientation and/or gender identity to create and model a more inclusive culture at UC Davis Health.
