Why did you choose UCDavis EM?

All of the compassion and none of the compromise both for our patients and our residents. Our faculty are incredibly supportive and understanding of the balance of life. The program director has our back for the hospital and is an incredible servant. There is strong support for us as we balance personal and professional life. We get a wide perspective of hospital systems and get to work in and see the differences between our home base academic center and various community settings with Kaiser medical systems. It’s great to see the practice variation and system differences. Also, our department chair is one of the best, engaging leaders I’ve ever met.
