Most things outdoors, especially things I can with my two kids - fly fishing, hiking, camping, mountain biking, trail running, archery hunting, upland bird hunting. Also love reading a good fantasy book, cooking delicious meals and playing board games.

Why did you choose UC Davis EM?

It's a great location for my family with excellent training and a wonderful community. The residents and attendings were welcoming and great during the interview process and made me feel like it would be a great fit for me and my family. And Sacramento provides a diverse patient population with high acuity that make me confident my training will prepare me for future career.
