Why did you choose UC Davis EM?

I specifically wanted to train in a high-volume, higher acuity ED that serves a diverse patient population. UC Davis EM has all of the above and more including training across academic / community ED settings, a supportive resident culture, and opportunities to explore other interests like global health - all while being a 3 year university-based program in California.
