Rules

When Fire Watch is required by the Fire Code Official, this application shall be submitted for review and approval prior to the commencement of any work. Policy 2901 must be utilized for all Fire Watch personnel.

All Fire Watch personnel must wear a high-vis construction safety vest with the words “Fire Watch” printed on the back. No shirts or hats that utilize the words “SECURITY” shall be allowed. They must have their ID badge placed so that it is visible at all times and according to UC Davis Health policy 2202.
