We are beginning with the implementation of Smartsheets to track ILSMs, similar to how it is currently used for ICRAs. Smartsheets will now also be utilized for ILSMs. All existing requirements will remain in effect, and we kindly ask for your patience as we familiarize ourselves with and integrate this new system. To ensure a seamless transition, please ensure that all relevant documents, including approved HCAI plans, building department-approved plans, and approved ICRAs, are attached.
Please print the following daily log to accompany your issued ILSM. The ILSM will be sent to you via email by our team.
When Fire Watch is required by the Fire Code Official, this application shall be submitted for review and approval prior to start of any work.
