Join us for a free online class to learn about what anti-inflammatory eating looks like and how to implement it. Chronic inflammation is a contributing factor to many health conditions such as chronic pain, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, Alzheimer’s disease, certain types of cancer, some autoimmune diseases.

Many factors contribute to chronic inflammation, and we have some control over some of those factors such as diet, exercise, and stress management.  Please join us as we dive into what it looks like to adopt a more anti-inflammatory diet.  The class will cover:

  • general diet changes to make and why
  • practical tips and meal planning ideas
  • other lifestyle changes that can help lower inflammation

The class is taught by Kathryn MacLean, M.S., RD.  To register for the next class please email hs-pointwestclinic@ucdavis.edu
