MY Time Gentle Yoga
MY Time Gentle Yoga with Maureen Craig, MSN, RYT200
The MY Time gentle yoga series focuses on applying yoga to unwind the stress of the day. The practice is guided by Maureen Craig, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Meditation and Yoga Teacher at UC Davis Health. The practice includes meditation, breath work, flowing through yoga poses, core work, stretching, and savasana, the final reclined resting pose. Questions and suggestions are welcome at the end of class or can be sent by email to hs-pointwestclinic@ucdavis.edu.
Recommended Supplies
- Yoga Mat (4mm thick and dense)
- Yoga Blocks (1-2)
- Yoga Strap
- Tennis or Massage Ball
- Yoga Chair (optional)
