OBG 475: Perinatology/Labor and Delivery Acting Internship
Description
This elective involves direct inpatient management of women on the UCDMC L&D unit, including care of antepartum and complicated postpartum patients. Students will also rotate through the ambulatory setting.

- 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM - High Risk OB Conference - ACC
- 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM - High Risk OB Clinic - ACC

- 12:00 PM to 6:30 PM - Labor and Delivery
- Wednesday
- 7:00 AM - Board Rounds - Labor and Delivery
- 7:50 AM to 8:50 AM - Grand Rounds/M&Ms - Medical Education Building, Room 1204
- 8:50 AM to 6:30 PM - Labor and Delivery
- Thursday
- 7:00 AM - Board Rounds - Labor and Delivery
- 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM - Diabetes Clinic
- 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM - Fetal Care Conference
- 1:00 pm to 5:00 PM - Ultrasound with Dr. McLennan/MFM Faculty - ACC
- Friday
- 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM - Labor and Delivery
- 12:15 PM - Antepartum Conference Labor and Delivery or 3701
- Week 2 or 3: Prepare and present a formal PowerPoint presentation
