With convenient online open scheduling, you can also choose your primary care doctor and schedule your new patient appointment for January 2023.

We use a model of care called the patient-centered medical home. It’s an approach that focuses on listening, shared decision-making with you, and helpful communication and coordination among all of your health care providers.

All UC Davis Health primary care clinics are designated as Patient-Centered Medical Homes by the nonprofit National Committee for Quality Assurance.

We use preventive care to keep you as healthy as possible in a proactive way. Whether your priority is boosting your immune system, reducing stress, staying active or managing a chronic condition, we’re here to help.

We also offer programs and resources to help support and improve your quality of life.

Most of our primary care offices have on-site specialty care, imaging (such as X-rays), and labs. Same- and next-day urgent care appointments are available, as well as video visits for select kinds of appointments.

Our MyUCDavisHealth app and web portal also offers Telehealth Express Care for non-emergency issues, online scheduling, messaging with your care team, test results, and more.
