Philosophy of Care

Dr. Saini believes in spending the time to get to know you or your child. He strives to get a comprehensive view of your concerns and offer options that fit your and your family's preferences. And, most of all, Dr. Saini loves to answer all of your questions. He enjoys serving as a teacher as well as a doctor to help you have the most understanding of your condition and your options.

When he's not working, Dr. Saini tries to spend as much time as he can outdoors. His favorites are hiking, kayaking, camping, and snowshoeing with his wife, family, and friends.

Clinical Interests

Dr. Saini is an allergist offering care for children and adults with various allergic and immunologic conditions, including nasal allergies, eye allergies, asthma, food allergies, eczema, and chronic sinus infections (sinusitis). 

With a background as both an academic physician as well as running a community Asthma/Allergy practice, Dr. Saini has a special interest in reducing the burden of asthma in the community.

Research/Academic Interests

Dr. Saini's academic interests include Wellness. He is passionate to learn how personal resilience can improve one's overall wellness, and how we can make changes to promote wellness in large groups and society.
