Hospital and hospital-based clinic staff members who need to obtain centrally managed patient care supply support.  The department can assist your needs in the delivery of medical/surgical supplies, patient care equipment, on-demand bottled oxygen, bulk supplies of liquid nitrogen and oxygen, and patient care linen and surgical scrub uniforms.

For medical center staff members who need to obtain goods and services for their department. The Purchasing Department provides centralized purchasing services to the UC Davis Medical Center.

Medical center staff members who either need to order supplies and services for their department, need information regarding expenditures posted to their department’s account, or are having problems ordering or receiving needed supplies or services.

Stores provides central receiving, warehousing and record archiving services for the health system. Transportation, conversely, operates a fleet of large trucks, vans and sedans needed to accomplish the movement of materiel throughout the health system.

Mail Services provides delivery and collection services of official intercampus and United States Postal Service (USPS) mail to all medical center and UC Davis School of Medicine departments.
