The Jacquelyn Anderson Wellness Innovation Award, presented by the UC Davis Health Office of Wellness Education, celebrates outstanding contributions to wellness within the University of California, Davis community. This award honors individuals who demonstrate exceptional innovation in research, education, clinical care, or advocacy, raising awareness of the importance and impact of wellness.
Prize: $2,500
Who is Eligible for the Award: All staff and faculty members at UC Davis or UC Davis Health
Who Can Nominate: Any UC Davis or UC Davis Health staff or faculty may nominate other staff/faculty or themselves (self-nomination allowed)
Nomination Process: To nominate a deserving colleague (or yourself), complete the nomination form available HERE. Ensure all required information is provided, including supporting documentation that highlights the nominee's work and innovation in the area of Wellness and Resilience.
Selection Process: A selection committee, comprised of representatives from UC Davis Health and UC Davis leadership as well as the OWE Executive Director, will assess the nominations and determine the recipient.
Selection Criteria:
Award Distribution: The recipient will be notified by the Office of Wellness Education (OWE). Monetary distribution will be processed by OWE and through the recipient's office, department, or unit. The award recipient will be named on the OWE website and in other UCD/UCDH announcements.
Nomination Deadline: Please submit all nominations by Friday, April 17, 2026, to be considered for this year's Innovation Award.
