    Wellness Academy

    The Office of Wellness Education at the UC Davis School of Medicine is excited to present the Wellness Academy – a free virtual education series on wellness that is open to all!

    Learn reliable scientific and consensus-based wellness information that will help you make decisions to achieve optimal health. Experts will present lectures in areas affecting well-being, such as movement and resilience, healthy eating and agriculture, microbiome, and mindset.

    The Office of Wellness Education invites health professional students (MD, RN, NP, PA, PhD) to attend and view Lunch and Learn sessions.

    The third lecture of the Winter 2023 Pain Matters Lecture Series addressed pain and wellness. Scott Fishman, director of the Center for Advancing Pain Relief and Office of Wellness Education, discussed:
