Media guidelines for journalists
Our public affairs office can help journalists identify experts and arrange interviews or photos. We can also provide background information or help you develop story ideas about the latest advances in cancer research and treatment.
Find an expert
UC Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center has experts in molecular oncology, cancer therapeutics, comparative oncology, biomedical technology, prostate cancer, population sciences and health disparities, and many other topics.
To search for an expert by topic, contact the Cancer Center's public information officer.
Arrange an interview or photo shoot
To arrange an interview or photo shoot, please contact the Cancer Center's public information officer. Advance notice is appreciated, and allows us time to obtain media consents from patients where appropriate. To ensure patient confidentiality and privacy, a Public Affairs Office staff person is required to accompany reporters, photographers and film crews during their time at the Cancer Center.
