  • Any known or suspected fetal anomaly
  • Monochorionic twins (one placenta)
  • Triplets or greater multiple gestation
  • Fetal echocardiogram:
    • Suspected congenital heart defect
    • Abnormal fetal heart rate or rhythm
    • First-degree relative with CHD
    • In vitro fertilization (IVF)
    • Maternal autoimmune disease
    • Maternal diabetes mellitus
  • Fetal MRI
  • Fetal surgery/intervention
  • Prenatal consult with pediatric subspecialty
