The CN3 Virtual Workshop is a series of supplemental monthly discussions that provide focused, topic-driven conversations to support ongoing professional growth and skill development. Each month features a rotating area of practice relevant to the CN3 role. This month’s session centers on precepting, with an emphasis on applying principles of the Relationship-Based Care (RBC) model, creating psychological safety, establishing clear expectations, assessing for bias, and fostering trusting, supportive partnerships with preceptees.
