CN3 Virtual Workshop: Precepting

The CN3 Virtual Workshop is a series of supplemental monthly discussions that provide focused, topic-driven conversations to support ongoing professional growth and skill development. Each month features a rotating area of practice relevant to the CN3 role. This month’s session centers on precepting, with an emphasis on applying principles of the Relationship-Based Care (RBC) model, creating psychological safety, establishing clear expectations, assessing for bias, and fostering trusting, supportive partnerships with preceptees.

This class is only open to UC Davis Health employees.

Attendees will not receive C.E. credit if they are more than 5 minutes late; no partial credit can be awarded.
