This course is designed to equip inpatient staff with practical skills to consistently deliver high-quality, patient-centered care through strong communication and teamwork.
Participants will explore how nurse-patient communication, interdisciplinary collaboration, and consistent use of the 5 Ps (Pain, Potty, Position, Personal Space, Pumps) contribute to anticipating needs and reducing gaps in care. The course highlights how coordinated team efforts and intentional communication can drive better outcomes and create a more positive, connected experience for patients and families.
