Training and Access

All users will be required to complete OnCore training before being granted access to OnCore Production. 

To change the access to your OnCore account (i.e., department change), please submit a ServiceNow new user request with detailed notes on request.

Getting Started With OnCore Training

The UC Learning Center is the web-based learning management system (LMS) used across the University of California for training and development. Log in now.

Complete the eLearning training modules listed for the specific roles below:

  • Introduction and Navigation: Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs), All Office of Clinical Research (OCR) Staff, Investigational Drug Service (IDS) Pharmacy, Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Billers
  • Protocol Management: CRCs, all OCR staff
  • Subject Management: CRCs, all OCR staff
  • OnCore and Principal Investigators: Principal Investigators
  • OnCore and IDS (training manual only): IDS Pharmacy

After receiving an OnCore activation email, claim your account within 72 hours.

OnCore Financial Training

Search for OnCore and select "OnCore Financial Training".

Register for the course date that works for your schedule. After the class, attendees will be sent to CTMS IT to update/grant financial permission in your OnCore profile
