Early Tuition is $599 for physicians and $399 for all others. The fees will increase after March 22 to $699 for physicians and $449 for all others.

UC Davis Eye Center Affiliates’ fees are $499 and increase on March 22 to $549. Affiliates include UC Davis Eye Center Alumni, Alta Society Members, and VCF.

Tuition includes continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, Meet the Faculty Reception, electronic syllabus, and an online certificate of attendance via the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Tuition may be paid by check, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA. Cash is not accepted. The UC Davis Eye Center reserves the right to cancel this program. In such a case, a full refund will be given.

Registration forms received without payment will not be processed until payment is received, and payment must be received within 10 days. Early discount rates are honored if payment is postmarked by the date noted on the enrollment form. After that date, the late fee is applied.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
A refund of tuition, less $150 administrative fee, will be allowed if requested in writing by April 19. No refunds will be provided after this date.

Guest Room Reservations
The participants of the UC Davis Ophthalmology Conference may make their hotel reservations directly with the hotel. The group rates are single/double occupancy and do not include taxes.

There are a limited number of rooms in each category. Please call early to reserve your preferred room type.
