Emerging Leaders Collective (ELC)

The Emerging Leaders Collective (ELC), formerly Leadership Transition Advisory Committee (LTAC) is designed to provide vital information for new leaders at UC Davis Health while also serving as a networking and mentorship opportunity. Participants engage in monthly information and discussion sessions and will hear from seasoned advisors in UC Davis Health leadership on a variety of topics.

Executive Coaching

Executive coaching is provided through the Faculty Development office by a Certified Physician Development Coach, Terri Malcolm, M.D., MBA, CPE. Malcolm has served in executive positions and her clinical background is as a board-certified OBGYN. Her coaching philosophy, the Malcolm Method, is rooted in positive psychology, strengths-based leadership, and social and emotional intelligence.
