Dr. Magnan believes in working with patients to find the best plan to improve their health and wellness. She specializes in chronic condition management and behavioral health, and enjoys working collaboratively with patients who are challenged by multiple chronic conditions.
Research/Academic Interests
Dr. Magnan's primary research interests are in improving health outcomes and the patient experience for patients with complicated health needs, including diabetes and multiple chronic conditions.
