GROW Upcoming Events

The GROW collaborates with several different community organizations in the Greater Sacramento area to provide community members with health education presentations and programs. These events are free and open to the public. We welcome you to join us at any of the events listed below. Some events may require RSVP - please reference the health event descriptions for further information.

Recurring Health Series

Exercise for Your Brain & Body is a series designed to offer a fun and unique blend of physical exercise and brain health education, all aimed at enhancing your overall well-being. We offer this series at different locations throughout Sacramento. Please refer to the locations where we offer this series below. We hope to see you there!
