Through following women over time, we aim to identify and better understand risk and resilience factors for brain health.
There is very little research on approaches for maintaining brain health for women, especially women of color. This observational study supported by the cy pres award from the settlement of Krueger v. Wyeth Inc. class action lawsuit aims to fill in the gaps in this research. The GROW research study will recruit women ages 45 and older for a longitudinal observational study. Women participating in the study will complete annual health screenings, questionnaires, and cognitive testing with the research team. Through following women over time, we aim to identify and better understand risk and resilience factors for brain health.
