Being mindful of the neighborhood…

UC Davis Health is committed to maintaining friendly relationships with nearby residents and neighborhood associations. With our many neighborhoods surrounding the Sacramento campus and beyond, it’s important to be a good neighbor.

The Government and Community Relations office has received multiple complaints from our neighbors, most recently about employees parking in front of their homes off T Street and V Street, and would like to remind all employees of some basic “good neighbor” principles:

  • Avoid cigarette breaks in neighborhoods around UC Davis Health.
  • Please don’t litter. Deposit trash in appropriate receptacles and keep our environment clean.
  • Refrain from parking in front of neighbors’ homes.
  • Restrict noise in residential areas, especially after hours.

Please respect our neighbors’ homes, yards and spaces like they were your own. Thank you for your cooperation and consideration.
