Update: Hospital visitor requirements changing Wednesday, Aug. 11

In compliance with a California Department of Public Health (CDPH) order, visitors to UC Davis Medical Center will be required to present either proof of vaccination or documentation of a negative COVID-19 test (with limited exceptions), beginning Wednesday, Aug. 11. An explanatory email also has been sent to patients, and hospital leaders are completing preparations to implement these new requirements.

With CDPH continuing to make updates, UC Davis Health is striving to adjust in a timely manner.
