Trauma lives not just in the mind but in the body, which can disrupt the body’s natural ability to process stress and regulate emotions. This trauma-informed workshop draws on the healing practices of mindfulness and sound therapy to help release stored tension and restore balance. Through guided meditation and a resonant sound bath, participants create space for the body to reconnect with its innate ability to heal, fostering a sense of safety, release, and renewal.
Learning Objectives
This workshop is designed to help you:
- Explain the benefits of utilizing non-verbal techniques to help access stored trauma in the body.
- Utilize breath work, meditation, and sound to support trauma healing.
Please join us in creating a resilient community through shared understanding and support.
