Referral Information
How does the referral process start?
All referrals to the Neurological Surgery Clinic require a referral from the patient's primary care physician (PCP) or any treating physician to the Physician's Referral Center at 1-800-4UC-DAVIS (482-3284). The Physician's Referral Center enters all UC Davis specialty clinic referrals into the UC Davis referral database for processing.
